Practical info

Match ticket:

• Date and time of the match: Thursday September 28th at 19:00
• After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The attached pdf will be valid only for access to the Tour.
• In the following hours, Bstadium will send you the official match tickets.
• Once the purchase is completed, no changes or refunds will be accepted unless the event is cancelled and not postponed.
• The date and time of the events may vary. Stay tuned to the organiser's communication channels for possible changes.

Nuevo Los Cármenes Interactive Tour:

• Meeting point at the official stadium store
• It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes in advance
• Guided tour: Yes
• If you would like your visit in a language other than Spanish, please send an email to hola@bstadium.es with your request.
• Approximate duration: 1 h
• Accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Visitors requiring assistance should notify hola@bstadium.es.
• Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
• All beneficiaries of special rates must present their membership card and identity document at the entrance to the tour. Free admission for children under 5 years old.
• The stadium tour may be cancelled or modified without prior notice for sporting or organisational reasons, and tickets may be exchanged for another day.
• Tickets can be returned up to 15 days before the date of the experience.
