Be aware of any possible changes through the communication channels of the club. - Once the purchase has gone through, you will receive a Bstadium voucher which you can redeem on the day of the match from two hours before the start of the match in the ticket office (gates 6 and 7) - To redeem the experience/match you must present your official ticket at the main entrance or the corresponding meeting point - Each ticket has a unique QR code , that only permits you access to the match. - Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the match. - There will be reasons to deny access to match or removal from the stadium, if you are an away fan and you are causing trouble where you become a risk for the security and the rest of the fans
