Practical info

To enter the stadium, please go to the access gate corresponding to your ticket.

Access point: Gate 0 -1:50h before the beggining of the match
Duration of the experience: 3h aprox
For this experience, it is essential to have a ticket for the match of the day.
To redeem the experience you must present your ticket at the corresponding meeting point: Gate 1 of the Tribuna sector - 10 minutes before the established time.
After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the purchase confirmation. In the next hours, Bstadium will send you the official tickets.
Minors: Access allowed to all public. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
Reduced mobility: Temporary activity NOT adapted for people with reduced mobility. Visitors requiring assistance must notify hola@bstadium.es and be accompanied.
The visit requires a minimum number of people. If not, the activity may be cancelled.
Once the purchase is completed, no changes or refunds will be accepted unless the event is cancelled and not postponed.
