  • Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
  • Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult
  • All beneficiaries of special rates must present their subscriber card and identification document at the entrance to the tour
  • The visit to the stadium may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons, and tickets may be exchanged for another day.
  • Groups: To manage reservations as a school, institution, private group or company, contact hola@bstadium.es
  • Possibility of refund up to 15 days before the date of the experience
  • Changes are not allowed

To enter the match, please go to the access gate corresponding to your entrance

  1. Match tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
  2. After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the purchase confirmation. In the next hours, Bstadium will send you the official tickets
  3. To redeem the experience and/or match, you must present your official ticket at the main entrance of the venue or the corresponding meeting point
  4. This ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and event organizers
