Practical info

Tour

• Access point: Gate 1 of the Grandstand sector.
• Duration of tour: 1 Hour
• Once the purchase has been made, you will receive a voucher via email that you must present at the meeting point. This voucher is valid only for the tour visit .
• To redeem the experience you must present your ticket at the corresponding meeting point: Gate 1 of the Grandstand sector - 10 minutes before the established time.
• Minors: Access allowed to all public. Minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay.
• Reduced mobility: Temporary activity NOT adapted for people with reduced mobility. Visitors requiring assistance must notify hola@bstadium.es and be accompanied.
• Languages available: Spanish | Available on request in English. It is not guaranteed that the session will be conducted in the selected language.
• The visit requires a minimum number of people. If not, the activity may be cancelled.
• Free cancellation and changes up to 15 days before the selected session.
• Groups: To manage bookings as a school, institution, private group or company, please contact hola@bstadium.es
• On match days it is possible that normal access to the locker rooms may not be possible.

Match

To enter the match, please go to the access gate corresponding to your entrance.

1. Match tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the purchase confirmation. In the next hours, Bstadium will send you the official tickets.
3. To redeem the experience and/or match, you must present your official ticket at the main entrance of the venue or the corresponding meeting point.
4. This ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and event organizers.
