Itinerary

We will meet by the extraordinary Puppy statue by the historic museum, where we will start our journey together at the start of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.

We will start by taking the perspective of the artistic architechtural brain of Frank Gehry who designed this incredible museum that was inaugurated back in 1997. The museum has become a centerpiece of the growing historic cosmopolitan community that makes up the beauty of Bilbao.

When we enter this beauty of a building we will primarily focus on the artistic styles of contemporary artists. The museum offers a massive artistic array of different artworks with the highlights including: the Crucifiction by Antonio Saura, the famous "Tulips" by Jeff Koons situated on the exterior part of the museum. In this area also we will get to know the reasons behind the two structures outside the museum from the Big Spider "Mamá" by Louise Bourgeois and of course the large "Puppy" by Jeff Koons which has become an important symbol of Bilbao. Not only focusing on temporary art we will get to experience all the stars of the history of art over the last two centuries.

And after our enjoyable immersion through the art that makes up such an astonishingly amazing collection of art we will return to that big puppy that is where we met originally to end our experience.
