How to Get to the Alhambra
On Foot: If you are in the historic center of Granada, you can reach the Alhambra by walking up Cuesta de Gómerez or Cuesta de los Chinos
Public Bus: From Plaza Isabel la Católica, you can take lines C30 and C32 and get off at the Alhambra ticket office
Taxi: A convenient option to reach the Alhambra from anywhere in the city at a reasonable price. For example, from Plaza Nueva, it costs approximately €6
Parking: If you are driving, you can park your car in one of the Alhambra's parking lots
IMPORTANT It is mandatory to provide FULL NAME, ID NUMBER, and AGE of each visitor. Tickets are nominative, personal, and non-transferable; they are not subject to changes or cancellations under any circumstances
The day of the visit all visitors must carry a valid original ID, such as a DNI (National Identity Document) for Spanish citizens or a passport for foreign visitors. Copies or photographs of these documents are not valid. The Alhambra reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors without proper documentation
The purchase confirmation is not the tickets Our official operator will handle both the tickets and the scheduling of the visit with the customer
Cancellation Policy
Adult The cost of tickets and their management fees (€27.90) are non-refundable under any circumstances
The proportional part of the guided tour (€15) will be refunded as follows: -Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service -If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of €3 per person will apply -No refund will be given if the customer does not show up on the day of the service
Children aged 3-11 years The cost of the ticket management fee (€3) is non-refundable under any circumstances. The guided tour (€13) will be refunded as follows:
Babies aged 0-2 years Free cancellation
Reduced Mobility
Our group tours are not recommended for individuals with reduced mobility. This is because the tours often include places with stairs, uneven surfaces, or irregular terrain. Additionally, places like the Alhambra have independent access controls, which require separating from the group at certain times, affecting the tour's progression.
If a client with reduced mobility wishes to join a group, they must understand that certain parts of the tour will not be accessible to them.
The most recommended option is to book a private guided tour. In this case, the guide will have the opportunity to adapt the tour to the specific needs of the client, ensuring they can make the most of the visit.
