With the Total Padel Daily program, you can feel like a professional padel player. Make the most of this experience, enjoy the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar facilities and visit the Rafa Nadal Museum.

The program is focused on small groups of adults, you can enjoy the experience of playing in the 20x10 with players from all over the world.

Before the session, there will be a level test with an estimated duration of 30 minutes, in order to assign players to a group according to their level. In the program, a 2-hour session will be given and will cover skills such as:

1. Ground strokes.
2. Offensive and defensive strokes.
3. Playing at the net: volleys and smashes.
4. Serves and returns.
5. Ball direction.
6. Cut backhand.
7. Combination of targets.
