• Date and time*:

Thursday: 17:00h and 18:00h.

Friday: 16:00h, 17:00h and 18:00h

Saturday: 11:00h, 12:00h, 16:00h and 17:00h

Sunday: 11:00h, 12:00h and 13:00

• Duration: 1 Hour
• Access will be through gate 0 of the stadium (hospitality access), very close to gate 20 (next to the large letters reading 'REAL SOCIEDAD') .
• To redeem the experience and/or match you must present your ticket at the main entrance of the venue or corresponding meeting point (Reale Arena Tour: Gate 0) 5 minutes before.
• Minors: Access allowed to all public. Free admission for children under 5 years old.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. Reduced mobility: Activity adapted for people with reduced mobility. Visitors requiring assistance should notify hola@bstadium.es.
• Languages available: Basque, Spanish and English | Available on request in French. It is not guaranteed that the session will be conducted in the selected language.
• The visit requires a minimum number of people. If not, the activity may be cancelled.
• The visit to the stadium may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons, and tickets may be exchanged for another day.
• Cancellation and change of date free of charge up to 15 days before the selected date and time.
• Cancellation is not possible with less than 15 days notice.
• With less than 15 days notice, date changes requested by the buyer will have a cost of 3 € per ticket. You can manage your date change at help@bstadium.es
• Groups: To manage reservations as a school, institution, private group or company, please contact events@realsociedad.eus
• Resident rate: all those people residing in the Autonomous Region. (It will be mandatory to validate it)
• Retiree rate: all those people >65 with retired accreditation. (It will be mandatory to validate it)
