The doors of the Gran Canaria Stadium open as never before to show every corner to all UD Las Palmas and soccer fans. This visit with the company of a specialized guide will surprise children and adults and aims to bring the legendary club closer to all fans.

You will enter normally restricted areas to learn about the history of the club in a unique way and thanks to the immersive experience you will feel like a real player when you step onto the field with the atmosphere of a match day.

Accessing the press room, entering the locker rooms, going through the tunnel to the pitch or the boxes are some of the experiences that this Tour offers you and that you won't be able to forget!

*The store will be closed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and holidays, except on match days.

Tour Reale ticket types

All beneficiaries of special rates must present their season ticket/subscriber card and identity document at the entrance of the tour.

Children under 5 years of age do not need to purchase a ticket to access the tour.

Thursday: 17:00h and 18:15h.

Friday: 17:00h and 18:15h

Saturday: 11:00h and 12:15h

Access point

  • Once the customer knows when he/she wants to redeem the flexible ticket, he/she should contact Bstadium by phone +34 618 45 36 90 and/or email help@bstadium.es to arrange the date and time.
  • Expiration date: 1 year
  • Meeting point: Official club store.
  • Duration: 1 Hour
  • To redeem the experience you must present your ticket at the corresponding meeting point: Official club store - 10 minutes before the established time.
  • Children: Access allowed for all ages. Free admission for children under 5 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
  • Reduced mobility: Temporary activity NOT adapted for people with reduced mobility. Visitors requiring assistance must notify hola@bstadium.es and be accompanied.
  • Languages available: Spanish | Available on request in English. It is not guaranteed that the session will be conducted in the selected language.
  • The visit requires a minimum number of people. If not, the activity may be cancelled.
  • Cancellation and changes free of charge up to 15 days before the selected session.
  • Groups: To manage reservations as a school, institution, private group or company, please contact hola@bstadium.es .
  • On match days it is possible that normal access to the locker rooms may not be possible. In that case they will be subject to restrictions.
  • Parking: It is recommended to leave your car in the parking lot next to the Gran Canaria stadium.
