Practical info

  • Once the customer knows when he/she wants to redeem the flexible ticket, he/she should contact Bstadium by phone +34 618 45 36 90 and/or e-mail help@bstadium.es to arrange the date and time.
  • Expiration date: 1 year
  • People with reduced mobility: It is not possible to carry out the tour in its entirety
  • Access through gate 3 Mestalla Stadium
  • The visits may be suspended or modified in whole or in part due to organizational, operational or sporting needs.
  • The start time of the Tour will be 5 minutes later than the confirmation time indicated on your ticket.
  • Arrive 15 minutes in advance, once the Tour has started it is no longer possible to join, due to limited capacity, it is not possible to join another tour.
  • The Mestalla Stadium Tour does not admit changes or refunds.
