Practical info

Match ticket:

• Match date and time: Wednesday Novembre 8th at 18h45.
• After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order information. The attached pdf will only be valid to access the Tour.
• By club policy, Bstadium will send the official tickets 24-48h before the match.
• Once the purchase is completed, no changes or refunds will be accepted unless the event is cancelled and not postponed.
• The date and time of the events may vary. Stay tuned to the organiser's communication channels for possible changes.

Reale Arena Interactive Tour:

• Access through Gate 0 (under the ''Real Sociedad'' sign)
• It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes before the starting time
• Guided tour: Yes
• Languages available: Basque and Spanish | Available under request in English and French. It is not guaranteed that the session will take place in the selected language.
• Approximate duration: 1 h
• Accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Visitors requiring assistance should notify hola@bstadium.es.
• Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
• The visit to the stadium may be cancelled or modified without prior notice for sporting or organisational reasons, and tickets may be exchanged for another day.
