With the Total Tennis Daily program, feel like a professional tennis player for a day. Make the most of this experience, enjoy the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar facilities and visit the Rafa Nadal Museum.

This program is focused on small groups of adults, you can enjoy the experience of playing on the courts where the world's tennis stars train.

Before the session, there will be a level test with an estimated duration of 30 minutes, in order to assign the players to a group according to their level. In the program, a 2-hour session will be given and will cover skills such as:

1. Ground strokes.
2. Offensive and defensive strokes.
3. Playing at the net: volleys and smashes.
4. Serves and returns.
5. Ball direction.
6. Cut backhand.
7. Combination of targets.

Once the session is over, enjoy the day watching future promises of the tennis world train and who knows, you will be able to meet a current star and see how a professional prepares himself.
